Register Login Deposit Promotions

Account & Registration

Head to the Register page. You need your Pakistan mobile number, full name, date of birth and a password. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once registered, head to the Deposit page to add PKR and start playing.

Yes — 18 years old, without exception. 92coo is an adult-only platform. Your date of birth is collected during registration to confirm this. Accounts where the stated date of birth is found to be false will be closed and any balance forfeited.

No. 92coo permits one account per player, linked to your Pakistan mobile number. Creating duplicate accounts — including to claim additional welcome bonuses — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. Both accounts would be closed. If you already have an account, use the Login page to access it.

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page. A reset code will be sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number. Enter the code and set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact support via the email address in the footer of this page.

Contact the support team via email (address in the footer) before your old number goes inactive. Your mobile number is both your login ID and your account recovery method — updating it promptly when you change numbers prevents being locked out of your account.

PKR Deposits

92coo supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard and mobile wallets. All transactions are in PKR. Head to the Deposit page to choose your preferred method and see the current minimum deposit amounts.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically appear in your 92coo account within seconds to a couple of minutes of completing the transfer. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, check that the transaction was completed successfully on your JazzCash or Easypaisa app, then contact support with your transaction reference number.

First, confirm the transaction was completed on your payment app (not just initiated). Then check your 92coo transaction history under your account. If the deposit still isn't showing after 30 minutes, contact support via live chat or email with your registered mobile number and the transaction reference from your payment app. Provide the exact PKR amount and the time of transfer.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and navigate to the withdrawal section. Select your preferred method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer etc.), enter the PKR amount and confirm. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method you used to deposit where possible.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Processing times can occasionally be longer during high-volume periods. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Once you have met the wagering requirement for a specific bonus, any resulting real-money balance can be withdrawn. The terms for each bonus are listed on the Promotions page. Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements will forfeit any remaining bonus and bonus-derived winnings.

Common reasons include unmet wagering requirements on an active bonus, an account verification step that hasn't been completed, or a mismatch between your account details and the payment method details. Contact support via live chat or email with your registered mobile number for specific information on your withdrawal rejection.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is credited automatically on your first qualifying PKR deposit — no bonus code is needed. Register your account, make your first deposit via JazzCash, Easypaisa or another supported method, and the bonus is applied to your account. Current bonus terms are on the Promotions page.

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to wager (bet) before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable balance. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus clears. First, check that your deposit met the minimum qualifying amount specified in the bonus terms. If it did and the bonus still hasn't appeared after a few minutes, contact support via live chat or email with your registered mobile number and deposit transaction reference. The team can check and apply it manually if there was a processing issue.

Yes — most bonuses have an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be met. Once the expiry period passes, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited. Sports Betting — Cricket, PSL & More

The Sports section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, and esports. Cricket is the most comprehensively covered sport, with pre-match and in-play markets for major Pakistan matches and tournaments.

In-play betting allows you to place PKR bets on a cricket match while it is live. Odds update continuously based on the match situation — the score, wickets, run rate and remaining overs. Markets include match winner, next wicket, over totals and more. PSL and T20 international matches typically have the most in-play markets available.

If a match is abandoned before a result is determined, most pre-match bets are voided and your PKR stake is returned. In-play bets settled before the abandonment stand. The specific settlement rules for each market are in the sports betting terms — check the Terms and Conditions for full details.

Odds on 92coo are displayed in decimal format by default. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a PKR 100 bet would return PKR 250 in total (PKR 150 profit plus your original PKR 100 stake) if successful.

Android App

The 92coo Android app is available from the Download page. Download the APK file directly from there and install it on your Android device. The app is not currently listed on the Google Play Store — you need to allow installation from unknown sources in your Android settings before installing.

No — your existing 92coo account works directly on the app. Log in with your registered Pakistan mobile number and password. Your PKR balance, transaction history, active bonuses and game history are all synced between the app and browser in real time.

Yes — all deposit methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are available within the app. Withdrawals are also processed through the app. The deposit and withdrawal experience on the app is identical to the browser version.

The most common reason is that "Install unknown apps" or "Unknown sources" is not enabled in your Android settings.
