1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 92coo ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They govern all access to and use of the 92coo website at 92coo.pro, the 92coo Android application, and all related services including gaming, sports betting, deposits and withdrawals.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing PKR or participating in any game or promotion on 92coo, you agree to be bound by these Terms along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which are accessible from the footer navigation.

92coo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between different language versions of any document on 92coo, the English version shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 92coo you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 92coo is strictly an adult platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual player for personal entertainment — not as an agent, representative or employee of a third party.
• You must have a valid Pakistan mobile number for account registration and verification.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of 92coo.
• You must not be knowingly using funds associated with criminal activity, money laundering or fraud for deposits on the platform.

92coo does not verify the legal status of online gaming in your specific location within or outside Pakistan. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether using the platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you. Registering and using the platform is done entirely at your own discretion and risk.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on 92coo. Duplicate accounts — including accounts held under different names, mobile numbers or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited.

When registering you must provide accurate and current personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password — confidential. 92coo will not be held responsible for unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

You must notify 92coo support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Account security is your responsibility once your credentials have been created.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Do not allow other people to access your account or place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Update your contact details promptly if your Pakistan mobile number changes.
• If you forget your password, use the account recovery process — contact support via the email in the footer.

92coo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — this may include confirmation of your Pakistan mobile number, date of birth or other identifying information. Failure to complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 92coo are processed and credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, Visa debit/credit cards and Mastercard debit/credit cards. All of these methods are accessible from the Deposit section of the platform.

Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed on the deposit screen before you confirm a transaction. 92coo does not charge fees on deposits from its end; any fees applied by your mobile wallet provider or bank are governed by their own terms and are outside 92coo's control.

Deposits are intended for genuine gaming activity only. Depositing PKR for the purpose of exploiting bonuses without genuine gaming intent, or using the platform as a payment processor rather than a gaming platform, is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

92coo does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must come from a payment account registered in the same name as the 92coo account being funded. Deposits identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the account flagged for review.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard security measure to ensure funds are returned to verified accounts associated with the player.

Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day; Raast and bank transfers typically take one to two business days. These are standard processing windows and not guaranteed timelines — delays can occur during high-volume periods or where additional account verification is required.

• Only real money balances — not bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds become withdrawable only after meeting the stated wagering requirements for that specific promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are visible in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Account verification may be requested before large withdrawals are processed.
• 92coo reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud or Terms violation is suspected, pending investigation.

Winnings generated through gameplay that 92coo determines was conducted in breach of these Terms — including multi-accounting, bonus abuse or use of prohibited software — may be voided and will not be eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

92coo offers various PKR bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses during major cricket events like PSL and T20 internationals, and cashback promotions. All current bonus offers are listed on the Promotions page with their full terms.

All bonuses come with wagering requirements — a requirement to wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before those funds can be withdrawn as real PKR balance. The wagering multiple, eligible games, time limit and any other conditions specific to a promotion are stated clearly on the Promotions page for that offer.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying PKR deposit only.
• One bonus per player, per promotion period — duplicate accounts will not receive additional bonuses.
• Bonus funds are credited automatically for eligible deposits where stated — no code is required unless specified.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.
• 92coo reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, 92coo's decision is final.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on 92coo — including slots, fish games, live casino tables, card games and any other content available in the Game Lobby — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics provided by third-party game suppliers. 92coo does not independently operate the game engines; game outcomes are determined by the supplier's software under their own certification standards.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering PKR. Game rules, return-to-player percentages and paytable information are available within the game interface itself. 92coo does not guarantee any specific return, outcome or winning streak for any game.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be reversed or cancelled.
• In the event of a game malfunction, software error or connectivity issue during gameplay, the hand or round affected may be declared void. Bets placed on a voided round will be returned to the player's PKR balance.
• Winnings calculated or displayed incorrectly due to a technical error are not valid and will be corrected to the accurate amount.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are shown in the game interface.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool that interacts with 92coo games on your behalf is strictly prohibited. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

8 Sports Betting

The 92coo sports section offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and other bilateral and ICC tournament fixtures — as well as football, Esports and other sports. All bets are settled in PKR.

Odds on 92coo are displayed before bet confirmation. By confirming a bet you accept the displayed odds as the agreed price for that selection. Odds are subject to change before confirmation — the odds shown at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds at which it will be settled.

• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be suspended at any point during a match at 92coo's discretion.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the result is determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned, subject to specific sport rules applicable to that event.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds — for example a heavily favoured team priced at extremely long odds due to a system error — will not be honoured. Bets placed on clear pricing errors will be voided and stakes returned.
• Collusion between bettors to exploit markets, or any form of match manipulation or insider knowledge betting, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and reporting where required.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are visible in the sports betting section of the platform.

All sports betting disputes will be handled by the 92coo support team. Decisions on disputed bets are based on official match results and event data from recognised sports data providers. 92coo's decision on sports bet settlement is final.

9 Player Conduct

Players are expected to use 92coo in good faith for genuine gaming and sports betting entertainment. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account to receive multiple bonuses or exploit platform offers.
• Using the platform in any way that could be classified as money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate or exploit any part of the 92coo platform, including games, payment systems or user accounts other than your own.
• Using abusive, threatening or harassing language in any communication with 92coo support staff.
• Using any form of automated software, VPN or proxy service to circumvent platform access rules or game mechanics.
• Sharing your account with any other person or allowing another person to use your account to place bets or play games.

Breach of any conduct rule may result in immediate account suspension, investigation, balance forfeiture and permanent platform ban at 92coo's sole discretion.

10 Privacy & Data

92coo collects and processes personal data — including your Pakistan mobile number, deposit and withdrawal records, gaming activity and communication history with support — in order to operate the platform, process transactions and provide customer service.

Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa systems) and game technology providers strictly as required to operate the services you use. Full details of how your data is collected, stored and used are set out in the Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer of every page on 92coo.

By registering on 92coo you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy. If you close your account, transaction records may be retained for a period after closure as required by standard platform record-keeping practices.

11 Responsible Gaming

92coo is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We take responsible gaming seriously as a matter of basic platform ethics, not as a compliance formality.

Players are responsible for managing their own PKR gaming budgets and the amount of time they spend on the platform. 92coo recommends that all players set a personal deposit and loss budget before each session and treat any PKR deposited as entertainment spending rather than an investment.

• If you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, contact support to discuss account management options including voluntary self-exclusion.
• Practical guidance on recognising problem gaming and self-management tools are available on the Responsible Gaming page.
• The platform does not automatically prevent adults from depositing or playing — self-management is the player's responsibility.
• Do not use 92coo to try to recover money lost in previous gaming sessions — chasing losses is one of the clearest signs that gaming has become a problem.

12 Account Closure

You may close your 92coo account at any time by contacting support via email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money PKR balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.

92coo may suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if:

• You have breached any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed on your account.
• Identity or age verification cannot be completed to 92coo's satisfaction.
• Your account has been flagged for multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Deposits are identified as originating from prohibited sources.

Where an account is closed due to Terms violation, 92coo reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where fraud or abuse is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

13 Limitation of Liability

92coo is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform accessible and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay or that all features will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, server updates and unforeseen technical events may cause temporary unavailability.

To the extent permitted, 92coo will not be liable for:

• Loss of PKR balance arising from player error, forgotten passwords or account sharing.
• Technical failures originating from third-party payment processors or game providers.
• Interruptions to gameplay or sports betting caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Any consequential, indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence on 92coo's part.

14 Changes to These Terms

92coo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes to platform operations, services, payment options, gaming content or legal requirements. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the platform.

The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of 92coo following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for updates. 92coo will not provide individual notifications to every registered player for every amendment.
